Erin Ferguson

Registered Psychotherapist/Clinical Director

Erin approaches therapy from an attachment perspective – everyone is born longing for connection, love, safety and acceptance. However, sometimes the coping methods we utilize work against us in the long run. By helping clients identify patterns in past/current relationships they can establish goals for healing, growth and enhanced authenticity.

Utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Erin enjoys helping couples deepen their emotional bonds while transforming conflict into connection and understanding.  Create new patterns in your relationship with yourself and others to build compassion, engagement and increased satisfaction throughout your life.

Mindful Self Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) also influence Erin’s work with individuals (16+) and couples. These approaches can help address a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, addiction, etc. as well as parenting issues, relationship dynamics, people pleasing, perfectionism and more. Erin is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an evidence-based treatment for trauma and can now be used to target negative self view or harmful core beliefs.

Erin has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Sean Goble

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Sean is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) for Cultivating Resilience Counselling and is completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

Born and raised just north of Aylmer, Sean understands Ontario rural life and the unique culture this area fosters. He appreciates the special challenges that living here can pose. He collaborates with his clients at their pace and comfort level, and understands that every person has different needs and expectations.

Sean uses a process-based approach to focus on what you are experiencing right now. This approach allows him to draw from various modalities to truly customize therapy to each client. These modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as other mindfulness-based and person-centered approaches. He sees strong awareness and insight not only as a way to recover and grow from current challenges, but also as a path to thrive in the future.

Sean works with individuals (10 years and older) focusing on anxiety, stress and other real-world challenges that we all face in our lives. He believes it is his role to provide people with tools that not only help them now, but also aid them with any future challenges down the road.

Maria Saied

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Maria is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

Maria approaches therapy with the belief that every individual holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. Maria is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and discover new ways of coping. Her work is guided by the understanding that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and each person’s journey is unique.

Maria enjoys working with individuals (children 10+, youth and adults) navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, focus, motivation, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. She values helping clients build on their strengths, increase self-awareness, and move toward living with greater balance and authenticity.

Her therapeutic practice is influenced by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Maria integrates these modalities to help clients build practical skills, foster resilience, and create meaningful changes that support their long-term growth and well-being.
